Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast/restaurant was good. Pool was beautiful and room was spacious and comfortable and even came with an outdoor patio. Valet services were great.

The room was big and very comfortable, it had a balcony . Very good quality, the staff was amazing and super kind and welcoming. The spa was very relaxing and the pool is very clean and nice! I highly recommend this hotel

Spacious apartment with 2.5 baths, great for a family of 4. The beds were comfortable. The main issue was that that there are not enough outlets in the rooms or in the kitchen. One has to plug one of the things to use toaster, coffee maker together. The housekeeping staff was awesome. The guy at the restaurant, not so friendly. I went to get packets of sugar and salt he said you have to pay for it.. what?? The lobby looks amazing, like a high end hotel! Overall, it worked for us, close to the marina bay where you can walk to many restaurants and a few clubs nearby.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at DAMAC , and I must say, it was a truly memorable experience. I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Dubai! The access was great and the customer service was top-notch. I want to give a special shout-out to Ahmad at the reception, who should be a true example of customer service. From the moment I arrived, Ahmad was incredibly welcoming and made sure to ask about my needs and provide solutions. He actively listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to build a relationship with me. Ahmad had a deep understanding of what I needed within the guidelines of the hotel, and his level of service was exceptional. His dedication and professionalism truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel, thanks to Ahmad's outstanding customer service. Overall, I would rate my experience a perfect 10 out of 10!

Everything above and beyond our expectations. From the lovely reception staff, Tamanna, Kristy and all the front of house. Cleanliness and attention to details every day from the housekeepers. The valet parking always polite and available. We’ll miss this awesome place and can’t wait to be back .

The staff was very kind , especially the cleaner guy Sabin and the girl that was cleaning with him . Very clean and tidy room every day . Also the staff from the breakfast was very pleasant . Big variety of breakfast and coffee. Sadiq who is responsible for the activities you can do,such is safari is very helpful
