I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Dubai! The access was great and the customer service was top-notch. I want to give a special shout-out to Ahmad at the reception, who should be a true example of customer service. From the moment I arrived, Ahmad was incredibly welcoming and made sure to ask about my needs and provide solutions. He actively listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to build a relationship with me. Ahmad had a deep understanding of what I needed within the guidelines of the hotel, and his level of service was exceptional. His dedication and professionalism truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel, thanks to Ahmad's outstanding customer service. Overall, I would rate my experience a perfect 10 out of 10!

It's the second time that I stay at this particular property of Damac. I already use Damac normally when I travel to Dubai, but I can particularly recommend the Cour Jardin. Where should I start? The location is amazing: right next to the Canal, central yet appeasing due to the water and ample surroundings. The staff is incredibly nice, communication is great, welcoming. And the cleaners are just perfect, they seem to be available almost immediately after you ring them. The rooms are super cozy and spacious. My kitchen was fully equipped. And for bonus I had a nice balcony facing the canal! Thank you, will definitely recommend

The staff here were absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived at 6am they done everything they could to make us feel welcomed. They were able to assist with an early check in which was amazing as we just got off an overnight flight. Ahmed at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Great location, quick taxi to Dubai mall and heaps of food delivery around. The on-site restaurant has a great buffet breakfast and the restaurant staff were amazing! Made the best coffees and made sure food was gluten free for the celiac diet we had in the group. Very happy with our stay and will definitely be back!

Thank you to Kareem and Jameel for their advice and calling cabs.
